Vijay Karunamurthy

Vijay Karunamurthy is an Entrepreneur in Residence at Khosla Ventures, where he is focusing on AI and Reinforcement Learning for domains such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Robotics, and economically important tasks.

Previously, Vijay led Engineering, Product, Design and research at Scale AI, where he worked to democratize the capabilities of Reinforcement Learning and Agents, partnering with research labs, governments, and Fortune 100 companies. 

Prior to Scale, Vijay was Director of Engineering and Machine Learning at Apple and Google, where he worked on AI for personalization, discovery and health. He was an early employee at YouTube, and Head of Search and Discovery after the Google acquisition of YouTube. Vijay was also cofounder and CEO (with Steve Chen) of Nom, an ML for live video startup backed by Khosla Ventures and acquired by Apple.

Vijay holds an MS in Computer Science from Stanford University and a BS in Biochemistry and Mathematics at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. At UIUC he obtained a research grant to build a shallow neural network analyzing proteomics data, which is how he caught the machine learning bug.

Stacey Park is a powerhouse product leader known for building and scaling AI-native platforms through periods of intense hypergrowth. As Director of Product at Apollo.io, she helped drive ~6× ARR growth in just three years and played a central role in transforming the company from a single-product data tool into a multi-product, AI-first go-to-market platform. At Apollo, Stacey led both zero-to-one and growth initiatives across conversation intelligence, AI meetings and notes, deal intelligence, AI-powered workflows, and the core CRM platform - spearheading the shift from deterministic systems to non-deterministic, LLM-driven products now used by tens of thousands of weekly active users. Her work sits at the cutting edge of applying large language models in real, high-scale production environments.

Earlier in her career, Stacey held product and growth roles at Google, DoorDash, and Yelp, and began her career in consulting at BCG. A Wharton MBA alum, Stacey is deeply passionate about mentoring students and sharing real-world lessons on product leadership, scaling AI products, and building in the age of LLMs.

Sheila Sitaram is Head of Product at MotherDuck, one of today’s most exciting data startups. She leads the build-out of next-generation data infrastructure that enables business leaders, engineers, and AI agents to translate insights into real impact—operating at the intersection of modern analytics, AI-driven workflows, and developer-first product strategy.

Sheila brings a rare, cross-disciplinary career spanning go-to-market and product leadership, scaling developer tools and infrastructure products from pre-revenue through hypergrowth. Previously, she led Customer Strategy at MongoDB and held senior marketing leadership roles at HashiCorp.

Earlier in her career, she served as creative director and producer with global luxury brands including Céline, Alexander McQueen, and Calvin Klein. Sheila holds a BA from Brown University and an MBA from Quantic, and brings a uniquely compelling perspective on building products that scale, resonate, and shape the future of data and AI.

Wenjia You is a Technical Program Manager on the Research team at OpenAI, where she works on research partnerships and the integration of large-scale AI systems. Previously, she was a Senior Strategic Projects Lead at Scale AI, building end-to-end human-in-the-loop pipelines for frontier models. She has also held product roles at TikTok and began her career in management consulting. Wenjia holds an MBA/MA from the Wharton School and the Lauder Institute and a B.S. in Operations Research from Cornell.

Diana Nassar is a Product Management leader at Amazon Prime Video. Diana holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from the University of Jordan.
